GC410 Contoured Velocity Control Valve

GC410 contoured velocity control valve is mainly applied for flow control in critical conditions including high temperature and high pressure or high pressure difference. It can prevent fluid cavitation and flashing, reduce noise and erosion of valve trim due to high flow velocity. And it has a good control of slurry and viscous fluid including particles and impurities and a wide application in high temperature, high pressure and hydrogen device. Butterfly spring dynamic sealing is used to be in full compliance with the requirements of the clean air act to guarantee the good sealing effect.

Features   

1, GC320 labyrinth velocity control valve is not applicable for the fluid of slurry and viscous fluid including particles and impurities due to its small cage channel. Compared with GC320, GC410 labyrinth velocity control valve has a great control on this occasion as it can avoid blocking.

2, By reducing pressure and velocity through multi-stage plug, this valve is applicable for high pressure difference situations.
